"I think that it's a luxury and it's a privilege, but I don't feel the age that I'm supposed to be. Like I feel like I have this millennial imposter syndrome that a lot of people in my generation have where-- You don't feel the age you're supposed to be." Liz
"When did that happen? Has that always been the case? Are our kids nowadays going like, 'I don't wanna look older because then I lose my value?” Jamey
"We wanna hold on to our youth. I understand we wanna look good and all that stuff. At what point did we determine that getting older is not beautiful?" Jamey

I’ll be turning 70 this summer. That is a daunting number. Still before turning 40, 50, and 60, I was not thrilled about the upcoming decade change. But each decade has only been better. I have no idea what happens after death, but maybe it’s the same as a change in decades - only better. I do wish for a time in this world where we are willing and able to see past the external. It can be so deceptive.

So far, at 72, creating singing/drama with children with my silver braids is fun. And no botox, etc. It is fun for me to have children just experience people in their humanity being happy, so far vibrant, creative and working together. I'm digging my age. And, I think about death and afterlife all the time, It is obligatory, so it seems to me that it will be a great thing. Onward!!
