About:
Aviva Chomsky is an American historian, writer, and professor who is best known for her work on Latin American, immigration history, and advocacy. She has a Bachelor's degree in Latin American Studies from Brown University and a Ph.D. in History from the University of California, Berkeley. She has written several books focusing on immigration history and myths. She continues to work for immigrant rights groups and is currently a history professor and coordinator of Latin American, Latino, and Caribbean studies at Salem State University in Massachusetts.

I'm so very happy to hear this very humane, reasoned and empathetic activist speaking up for the voiceless in Gaza. It's a real struggle to remain hopeful in the face of such inhuman treatment of Palestinians but this person stops me despairing. Thank you for your courage and your dedication.

Chomsky gives a really novel argument for the bi-national state as a solution to Palestine- Israel, from the point of view of neo colonial realities and non-state solutions to the struggle.
