Thasunda Brown Duckett is the President and CEO of the Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America-College Retirement Equities Fund - a Fortune 100 financial services organization that is the leading provider of financial services in the academic, research, medical, cultural and governmental fields. Duckett joined TIAA in 2021 after serving as Chief Executive Officer of Chase Consumer Banking, where she oversaw a banking network with more than $600 billion in deposits and 50,000 employees.
