As part of 'BC Project', a cool scene of cop cars speeding down the street was being filmed.

It appears as though the Crown Vic had left them for dust about half a mile back, then slowed down a little so that they could all catch up, and of course beat them to the finish line. All as a result of its unbeatable ultra high performance and its agility.

I'm not quite sure yet, but given that there were Homeland Security cars among the regular cop cars, it may be a rehearsal scene regarding a dangerous fugitive in 'BC Project'.

Most agencies don't bother with steady-burns anymore, anyways, because it's an antiquated requirement, and not really enforced at all.

You make no sense, police vehicles in California must have a steady red burning light on their lightbar. They can't just ignore this.@@capitolemiproducer
