so bassicly after the core shutsdown, the reactor still detects a threat and uses its last resort, which is to destroy the whole facility

once shutdown is complete, the facility detects an "unknown anomaly" which will activate a "code purple directive" which is also known as self destruct note there are actualy 2 vairiants of this
