I recommend using Anki especially for Physiology base material. Anki is used to help you study with the space repetition method. It’s what I use in school. You can actually download it onto your desktop :)

something thats really good for active recall and does the work of repeating questions you dont know is anki! just figured I would put it out there since highlighting and keeping track of what you know and dont know can be confusing

Lani you wear nail polish. I used to wear it too but i did some research and found out it contains chemicals that can cause: brain damage, kidney failure and a few more things. How do you feel abt this?
