I’m working on a poem right now based off of words my best friend told me after I got my heart broken and I thought I would never feel the same again. As someone who had her heart stomped on completely during lockdown, I just want to send all my love and hugs. It will get better. I spent SO long crying and analysing and overthinking the situation - I wrote so many songs and sang SO many sad songs. I never thought I’d feel the same for someone else again. But I met someone a few months ago and I’m so much happier and at peace now. I promise, day by day, things will get better. Good will come from a bad situation.
