i totally understand what you mean! because of my anxiety/adhd, i personally have a hard time staying focused & finding motivation to do things most days. i always make daily to-do lists/reminders on my phone which helps me track my progress/goals. when you're having a hard time, just remember to do things little by little & don't forget to celebrate those small victories 💗 i can definitely talk more about this in another video! sending u lots of love!!!

@@sheselle thank you,dear^^it actually help me lot what you saying. The thing is I write to-do list but then something happened and when I have free time after a long day then I can´t find the energy to do things I love. Is frustrating cuz I know I don´t have much time to do these things then I feel then very disappointed in myself when I can´t do them. Like for example making pages for my comic. There are times when I can´t find the energy to do just 1 page. And then are times when I can do even 10 pages in just a day.mIs frustrating that I can't control it. T.T Every single day I have so much inspiration and ideas for comics (hell,I had 10 comic series in same time when was covid and I was then pretty productive) but now l lack the energy and motivation to do it. I really hate myself for it. Is just a simple thing, so why I can´t just do it, right? Sometimes I have those negative thoughts that even if I do it, nobody will read it or care so what´s the point of trying so hard? But then I come back cuz I like doing it but then I stop halfway cuz of low support and low confidence...Is hell...(btw,sorry for long text and boring story,I don´t want bothering you...)
