@Frank Khethani Dube Dube, Rabbi Schneider explained that Greek was the most common language used at the time of JESUS. If the gospels were written/spoken in Hebrew and that language was not prevalent what good would it have done the people at that time. It's the same as if you were in a foreign country and you don't speak the language, and someone came up to you and started talking to you it wouldn't benefit, you.

Just a simple question to you, you think Yeshua spoke Greek to his disciples? @@frankkhethanidubedube919 you are asking valuable questions but sadly mistaken in thinking. My brother here is correct that the gospels were originally written in Greek. You are correct though that the events recorded in the gospels would have likely been occuring among Hebrew and Aramaic speaking people. But the apostles of Jesus did not record what occured until the Spirit of God directed them to do so after they had gone out into the nations (which at the time spoke mostly Greek). Therefore they recorded events that happened among Hebrew/Aramaic speaking people IN the Greek language. That's why there's so many oddities in the language. Don't let this become a stumbling block for you or others. I can see your mind has been poisoned against Paul a great brother already. Peter endorsed Paul. If you throw out Peter, you have to throw out all of the apostles and all of their testimonies about Messiah. Repent!

Take off your foggy glasses and see that you have been lied to by men, who have been deceived through our enemy to place doubt in your mind about our Messiah! You have been given lenses for your glasses that make things appear one way, take off these distortions to see that Paul loved and kept God's commandments! Just as Peter, just as the other apostles, just as Timothy a gentile convert, etc. Paul even circumcised Timothy through faith! Paul himself even addresses this himself in Acts while standing on trial for exactly what you accuse him of! Acts 25:8 While Paul said in his own defense, "I have committed no offense either against the Law of the Jews, or against the temple, or against Caesar." I would advise you read the whole chapter.

@@frankkhethanidubedube919 the Apostle Paul was called by GOD, after JESUS death, burial, and resurrection. He was an Apostle to the Gentiles. The original 12 disciples were for the Jewish people. Matthew 10:5-6, Matthew 15:27 JESUS is talking to a gentile woman who wanted healing for her daughter. Matthew 15: 24 But HE answered and said, " I was not sent except to the lost sheep of the house of Israel." So quite naturally Saul (Paul) would not have been chosen at that time because he was sent to preach the gospel to the Gentiles. If you study Acts chapter 9 and forward you will see that Paul was accepted by the eleven apostles, and his conversion was made known through out the early church. Many were afraid to accept him at first because he persecuted anyone who followed in the way (JESUS CHRIST). From Acts chapter 7 Stephen the Martyr to chapter 8, Saul (Paul) participates in Stephens death. He ran into a lot of opposition with the Jewish believers because they wanted to hold on to laws/traditions in order for Gentiles to be saved.

Yeshua chose Saul to replace Judas as the apostle for the Gentiles in the book of Acts.

Repent of your lies you blasphemous gnostic snake. You can't deny Paul without eventually denying the other apostles and because they give us the only account of Jesus ministry you then deny Jesus. Jesus laid this trap for the foolish and unlearned who twist the scriptures to their own destruction and they do so also with Paul's letters. Paul loved God's Law and spoke no I'll against it. Whenever Paul says something that seems to be negative about the law it falls into one of 3 categories: Rebuking laws of men and contentions surrounding them, (leaven of the Pharisees). English and our modern eyes obscure this not knowing the context. Talking about the penalty on us all being the curse of the law for breaking it, (which is contrasted always with Christ overcoming).
