In this shoot, Rie-chan guided me around the Kappabashi.
Kappabashi is an area known as a town for artisans.
It is a very enjoyable area just to walk through the streets as there are many specialty stores lining the streets.
It is an area that can be reached on foot from Asakusa, so if you are interested, please go there.
Of course, I also recommend taking a rickshaw ride to Kappabashi. 😊

I took a rickshaw ride driven by Rie-chan in Asakusa. Rie-chan guided me to the Kappabashi area.😊 During also this shoot, Rie-chan told me many interesting stories about her work and the origin of the name of the Kappabashi area, etc. Do you all know Kappa? "Rie Onee-sama", at her best. All her charm, humor and experience as a driver were perfectly conveyed in that one-hour video, GTJT Onii-san. Conversations have always been the number one strength of your content. Not that it has any weakness that I could point out, really. Still, that longer-than-average format made it even more obvious. Without a dull moment, without haste and ever so naturally, you covered such a variety of subjects that I learned more about you and りえさん than I did in any previous video. As promised, I will keep this one short and save you some time simply saying : ありがとうございます and お疲れ様でした. We will never get tired of good old Asakusa but it was a nice change of scenery to go west towards Ueno and explore the Kappabashi area. Of all the subjects you discussed, I really enjoyed listening to りえさん's explanations about the origin of the neighborhood's name and your following talk about the Kappa itself, once fearsome but now friendly and かわいい as any creature can be. Great job explaining and describing that ancestral figure of Japanese folklore to those who might have never heard of it. Not a surprise from a veteran driver as beautiful and charismatic as she is. Unlike you, I'm not much of a cook but I'll make sure to follow her recommandations and visit "Coffee Only" and "Sensing Touch of Earth" when I'm in the area, 👏🙏😉.

Great video GTJT!! Finally finished it, took me couple of days though, due to this being your longest video till date. Bravo to you have Rie for shooting this long video on a hot day. I think it was a good decision from your end to move from Yokohama to Asakusa. Since your rickshaw videos are very popular on YT. Hopefully we will bump into each other when I visit Japan.

りえちゃんが話した２個目の話が本当ですよ。ちなみにかっぱは昔本当にいた妖怪です。ちなみに浅草だけではなく大昔には日本のいろんな場所にかっぱが沢山いたそうです。ちなみに僕の生まれこきょうの福島県相馬市にある浄土宗のお寺で僧侶をしてる友達のお寺になんと本物のかっぱのミイラがあるらしいです。まだ僕は見たことはありませんが！
