Meet KYOKA:
In June 2004, Kyoka formed a street dance team “Rush Ball” with Maika. The duo quickly became a dominant force in the youth dancing scene, making their presence known by winning multiple prizes at dance contests around the world. Kyoka has participated in top tier competitions around the world as a representative of Japan at WDC and JUSTE DEBOUT, the biggest street dance battle in the world.

I also want to know more about Maika. We never talk about her but I remember that she was in the end of juste debout at only 11 years old !!! Her biography must be even more incredible than Kyoka's 😶

Rushball corresponds perfectly to the kinds of dancers we want to see at Red bull, that is to say dancers of a very high level with an endearing personality, a very good complicity, humor,... also Kyoka is more fulfilled with her buddy!

When I sometimes hear "Kyoka is better than Maika", I find it a little too easy to think like that. They did not decide to move forward on the same path: Kyoka decided to seize more opportunities and expose herself more but that does not mean that Maika is below. Maika is still improving her skills on her own side and in the end the last Maika battle against Kyoka in 2021, Maika was the winner so...

I have a hunch that rushball will become the team that will matter in the future. Many people are starting to take an interest in them thanks to Kyoka's participation in street dance china. If Maika participates next year will be a rushball bomb. But in the meantime I hope Red Bull can work with them and convince maika

At first I thought they would sponsor Kyoka and then some time later sponsor Maika and then reunite rushball. I was wrong and I admit that it is a little disappointing. I remember that the old rushball videos were always fun to watch it must be admitted also thanks to Maika who is a great showgirl. I would love a red bull tour with rushball and showcases with rushball or exhibition battle. Just a MAIKA team vs KYOKA team like in 2017.

My analysis: Kyoka has actually evolved more into a sexy style. This sexy style suits her well, I think she has finally found her way/her identity as a dancer. But this style lacks at times power, which could bring Maika during battles (who has a powerful and fun identity). All the weak points of Kyoka are the strengths of Maika and vice versa. RUSHBALL represents a unique complete dancer.

Sincerely, you should collaborate with them! Imagine if Red Bull was associated with a big team established in the game like rushball, I think it would give Red Bull dance more credibility. In my opinion, you lack headliners, experienced dancers. Previously, there had been an attempt with Diablo and others but for me... They were not the right choices. Just a charismatic team that represents your brand is the right choice!!

Kyoka is definitely a great dancer but Maika was literally THE BOSS in all the rushball battles and even solo so all the attention to Kyoka makes me a little cold. Let's never forget that there were TWO women in rushball. Let's not throw away all the flowers in kyoka...

i dont think maika is better than kyoka..kyoka has wide range dance than maika..even me not interested with maika dance becoz many other dancer out there hava same dancing routine like maika,but kyoka?u cannot find another dancer or people dancinf like her

@@lurvemia923 Yes but Maika also practices many other dance styles and her hiphop is extremely powerful and original. Personally, I don't know any dancer who looks like her. She was often the one who put a good atmosphere in the Battle rushball. Their level is almost equal to the level of versatility and Kyoka is arguably superior when it comes to female dancing but Maika's hiphop definitely surpasses that of Kyoka because she is very domineering.
