It's not easy managing a business that was passed down to you through the family. People don't always have the passion to keep that business alive. Alex looks young and to see how much he understands about the company his family established years ago is so nice to watch.

I love the amount of detail Alex has for his families ice cream. Definitely the reason the company has been around for so long. I will visit one day, I am sure the ice cream is amazing.

Have you ever found an aromatic vanilla ice cream? Where you can actually smell the vanilla while you’re eating it. ? I’ve found it a very few times. Wish it was available in stores.
