I absolutely adore April on the gulf! It's definitely warm bit no humidity, there is chance of rain but still lovely, it's my favorite month, that and October!

Depends on what you're most looking for, Destin has more stuff and more people, but lots of options for food and entertainment waterpark, mini golf, crab island fishing and more, it goes for miles Pensacola is snaller and has lots of fun stuff like water sports dolphin tours, restaurants and bars right on the beach, plus there is a huge public parking lot to visit the beach its easier to get to the beach. They are both breathtaking and amazing!! Have a great trip!

Oh yes the water is definitely warm!! Its a lovely spot, in June it will be in full swing, busy with everyone, but still as awesome as ever!

I have stayed in Destin at Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites, both good, but I would say the best is the Sandestin Resort when we stayed there it was so great!! Lots of rentals, and so many amenities! Wherever you stay have a lovely trip!

I am not aware of any near here on the gulf, good luck with your move!!
