Ayy listen bro There is no such thing as the rumour that “you should wake up at 4AM and start early” You then take a lot of breaks Wake up at 10Am Sleep at 12:30/1AM/1:30 AM You can easily study for 12 hours without sacrificing your sleep and a bit of (1hr) enjoyment + dont study quantitatively..study qualitatively I noticed that you closed all the books at exactly 12 hrs That’s not fine bro You can even end before 12 hrs one day And study for more than 12 hours another day Don’t look at the time Consider what all you have to do in the day and then make a schedule accordingly

i studied approx 14-15 a day to finally get into iitxyz in CSE discipline, I was in Kota, more than 14 hours study, distraction free environment, focus and not missing study a single day is also important
