Uhm I think this don't need a video And if you are not able to read a ch in one go then you can take 5 min break in between and then continue it ....there is no hack for it you have to push yourself

(Set a goal for every day in morning only) 1.Timer laga ke padho like 2 hr and 15 mi n break or so( no mobile switch it off) 2. Mark a cross on calender each day you complete your task it will definitely help you
