Hopefully this will be me in hopefully around 5-6 years time for when I get my drivers license I’m 16 in July this year and hopefully I’m able to get a job at rosebud depot because I live near there and Woking for Ventura is one of my dreams

I used to love working for Ventura at Fitzroy. Great management and supervisors. Until Transdev and then kinetic came. We all resigned.

thats cool , in perth we drive the same buses and have the same log in system and shift sheets but we have a metal cage and not allowed gps/phone so have to print out direction cards.

Lovely bus, lovely driver, lovely country! A shy meow and hello from Switzerland from me and my cat to you. :) I drive bendy busses here, and most of our busses are also Volvos. :)

That’s wonderful. You would be lucky if there is a gps in the buses. If not do your homework with the routes before you go out there. Best wishes

All the bus companies I've been with have turn by turn paper directions; I'd do a dry run and note any landmarks before all turns

ask if they have a driving mentor to show you all the aspects of the the job including the route training.
