Alcohol and cigarettes addiction actually destroyed my life. I could remember several years ago after divorce with my wife which brought me into my disastrous journey on Alcohol and cigarettes. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with cptsd. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Much respect to mother nature the great magic shrooms.

Amen God bless people. Save your health save your mind. Life is better without heroin, cocaine, alcohol and cigarettes. And you have more money in your pocket. God bless everyone who has rejected the devils intentions to be addicted to alcohol and cigarettes etc which can cause so much damage to health.

Hey mates! Can you help with the source? I suffer severe anxiety, panic and depression and I usually take prescription medicine, but they don't always help. Where can I find those psilocybin mushrooms? I'm really interested in treating my mental health without Rxs. I live in Australia don't know much about these. I'm so glad they helped you. I can't wait to get them too. Really need a reliable source 🙏

Yes sure of Dr.alishrooms. I love shrooms. Congrats on the 8 years, that's awesome! I'm clean 6 years now. Good luck.just micro dose and you won't trip. Same story except with fentanyl and anxiety. Mushrooms literally got me off my feet and turned my whole life around. I am currently a housing manager for a recovery program. I wouldn't have been able to do that shit without psilocybin.

Congrats! I'm really happy for you that your friend decided to help you. I always admire those who beat their addiction. Knowing it's possible to fix your life knowing there's people out there that have done what I thought was impossible gives me hope I will make it through as well. Those who share their experiences don't know how much it helps when you're about to give up, it gives you the strength knowing somone who actully know what it's like to go through this tell you it's possible, it's not the same somone telling you you can do it when they have no idea what it's like, but hearing somone who knows what it's like that helps a lot since you understand it firsthand and made it out gives so much hope. so thanks for sharing.

I am so glad that any of us here who lived like this and were able to move on did... And I pray every day that those who are still stuck there find the strength to move on. I quit drinking regularly at 53. Had to do it every Saturday. Had to...decided I was done wondering what I had said or done and feeling like I was hit over the head with a $h*#bag every Sunday morning for 20 years. No more excuses. If you are adjusting your life around alcohol and making excuses to use alcohol, those are warning signs to stop. Because if it takes over, it ruins your health and your life. I have no idea why I enjoy your videos so much as I'm not an alcoholic. I enjoy a couple beers every few days, but that's the extent of it. Maybe one heavy night every 3-4 months. However, I do have a gambling addiction, and I've struggled with it for nearly 15 yrs since my early 20s. So even though we have completely different stories, we share the burden of our addiction. My physical health may not have suffered, but every other ramification i can empathise with - the deceit, lies, anxiety, shame, self-loathing, anger. It's inspires me greatly that even amidst the most intense adversity, you're pulling through, looking great and doing good things to raise awareness amongst the wider addict community. Much love from the UK.

Although I was never a morning drinker, I completely understand some of the things you referenced…on the toilet for at least 30 minutes (that still happens often unfortunately…sorry for the TMI…lol), being afraid to drive to work (out here in Metropolitan Phoenix AZ we don’t have any back roads, so I had to navigate the freeway…uggg)…the sitting on the back porch drinking and smoking after work until I couldn’t drink or smoke anymore…the excitement and also DREAD of having a day off and having to deal with the “return to work day”…I called off MANY of those days…it was a nightmare!!! Those days are over, as I am practicing the Sinclair Method to control my drinking. I don’t know how I survived it, and I NEVER want to be there again! There were quite a few things you mentioned that I can totally relate to. Especially being drunk or hungover at work and just feeling miserable. So many times I wanted to call in sick and stay home, but usually I would drag myself to work, or wherever I needed to be. I felt so bad, I'd be literally counting the seconds until it was time for me to go home. Such a horrible way to live and I'm so glad I don't have to live that way anymore. Your story just goes to show that no matter who you are or what you've done, you are not alone. Lots of people out there have had the same experiences as you, myself included. For me, watching your videos really is like looking in the mirror at times; been there, done that! Alcoholism, or any other addiction for that matter, is absolutely exhausting and NOBODY should have to live like that! But you're right, above all else you have to want to get sober for you, not just for others! Thanks for sharing this story, LD! 🙏❤

God when you brought up the anxiety you experienced driving into work after a hard long night really hit home. The AC maxed out the entire commute also hits home, I ran hot as hell didn't matter if it was 15-20 degrees outside or 80+ in the mornings. Otherwise I'd be sweating my ass off and would make the anxiety worse. I'd see stars and feel like I was on the verge of a panic attack anytime I saw a silver highway patrol car lurking. Depersonalization is also scary where you realized you've been driving for 45 minutes but remember none of it.

Hey LD, I get major anxiety driving in highways. I have to blast the ac, turn the music off, and I have a lavender roll I sniff. Most of the time it was ac and window down. Luckily I never ever drank in the am. Did I think about it oh yeah but never did that. I’m hopeful that as time goes on without alcohol my anxiety gets better. I have to take backroads too but in FL you have to cross bridges over the ocean. No way around it. So yeah anxiety and big bridges I literally shake. The I can’t do this and hold on for dear life. Hi LD. It is amazing the similarities alcoholics have in their habits. It was so embarrassing trying to hide the extent to which I drank, from getting rid of the empties to alternating stores to purchase the poison. I never went out without a rucksack for obvious reasons. Trying to cover up being an alkie can become a rather exhausting chore. Although it was a very rare thing that I drank before work (unless I was getting the bus) I was constantly worried every morning that I was over the limit for driving from the booze I had consumed the night before, this caused constant anxiety. I can relate to spending all day in bed when not working. I would go to the store, stock up, get back in bed and drink until I passed out for a couple of hours, I would wake up and start drinking again. Two sessions a day was a frequent occurrence, watching films etc (I could watch the same film the following day because I would never remember the story line, the same with books). "When is this ever going to end"?.......Ouch. That hit home, I can recall having this thought time and time and time again, always promising tomorrow would be the day (and sometimes actually believing that statement). I so want to leave this stuff in the past, I am trying not to dwell on it too much. There is nothing I can do to change my history, but I certainly do not want to repeat it. I know one thing for sure, I will definitely not be drinking today. Day 10 here. Thanks for the reminders LD. I am glad you are happy with the life you are now living, living free. I congratulate you on turning things around. Have a blessed day everyone. And as LD said......we are not alone.
