Here's a day in my life at Biola University, a small private Christian school located in La Mirada, Southern California. Thanks for watching!
This video was recorded during the Spring Semester of my Junior year at Biola University in 2019! This video was created in honor and inspiration of Professor Bill Simon, one who always encouraged me in all the things of God and all the things I pursued.
I hope to be able to try out this youtube thing and see what I can create! Subscribe and let me know what kind of videos I should be making.

oh my goodness, I was a five-year nursing student at biola and just graduated last year. this was such a realistic and nostalgic schedule. good job :)

I'm going into my junior year of high school in Michigan this fall but every summer my mom leads a 2 week seminar for missionary kids returning home for college in the US that takes place at Biola. It's cool to see Biola during an actual school year, since whenever I'm there its during the summer and is pretty much empty. My sister will probably be going there after her she finishes up her senior year this coming school year, which is cool. Great video Brett! Also, Thompson Hall is where all of the seminar participants stay and do some activities so that was a funny coincidence that that was your dorm building as well.

I just got admitted to Biola through early action! I visited once and fell in love with the place 🥰 I’m super excited after watching this video now !!! But I am worried about the financial cost 🤧🤧

same here, I have visited Biola a couple of times but I know God is actively calling me to come to Biola. to be perfectly honest I applied thinking I would not get it and I found out on November 1st, 2019 that I got accepted which literally brought me tears of my hard work with the perseverance of Jesus, could get you through life when you feel like giving up because you are heavy laden and God will give you rest. Im a transfer student who applied as early education with a specialization in special education. im thinking of doing a theatre major as well or a minor but I haven't made up my mind.

@ Lydia Cho I’d suggest meeting with the people at the financial aid office, and asking them what to do, and how to make the most money with scholarships. They’re there to help with the cost 😁 All the best!

I got into the Biola Cinema Arts Program and the Chapman Dodge College for the upcoming Fall 2020 semester. I'm trying to decide where to go and this video was super helpful to get a sense of the vibe and atmosphere of the school. Great video, keep up the good work!

as of now all students at Biola sign a statement of faith, attend 20 chapels per semester and take 30 units of biblical studies courses. Biola definitely prioritizes faith in Christ in all they stand for!

Is basketball class a class anyone can take or how does that work?

As of right now, I believe all Biola students have to take 2 PE classes (1 Lifetime & Wellness and 1 Physical Activity - which is why I chose basketball) technically anyone can take it for elective credit!

Yes, each undergrad student is required to take 30 units of biblical studies (enough to apply for a minor)!

According to an instagram poll I just took, majority say "no" LOL. I personally don't feel like they're that strict, just make sure you finish your chapel credits!
