I put chopped basil into ice cube trays, then cover with olive oil - freeze. When frozen, pop out into baggies.. makes more of a serving portion

Flies are such a nuisance. I remember an elderly lady who I used to go and have afternoon tea with. Well, she suggested that if you open the window and turn off the lights then say to the fly could you please leave as I didn't invite you here and you are not welcome. She swore by this method 😂 though it didn't work for me. 💕

Dear Kevin, Today's video is "The Bomb!" That means that you have out-done yourself, a really big compliment, you were even more precise than usual! It looks like yall are having nice weather over there where you're at. And the "drive" to the store was even more beautiful than ever. The back ground music was special too. Trust me, in this video, I can tell, that you will not be "under sold"! Meaning, that you are always going to maintain your position as first!! Every move you make is carefully measured, and seemingly premeditated, and exact! It is a turn-on. And I did notice all of the special things, and treats that you know I like, that mean alot to me!! Making the basil salt. You might like to try basil mayonaise for your summer sandwiches. Its especially delicious on turkey & chicken. No recipe. Just mix basil pesto and your favorite mayonaise to your taste. I adore your videos. You have such a calming presence.❤

You can also make basil butter: simply soften the butter and then add salt, Worcester sauce, chopped basil and chopped flat leaf parsley and mix all together.

Hi Kevin. Learned lot today. I've never thought of basil salt thank you. My mother gave me a prayer plant when I was young. It sat by my bed many years always closing at nightfall. One day after many years it bloomed pretty delicate flowers. I was so surprised. It smelled like sweet perfume.

Renting in Tivoli New York, a lovely house on acres of land, sweet, very small town long from Upper West Side Manhattan. Feeling disoriented and blue so turned on your most recent video knowing it would comfort me. It is. The yogurt and blueberries, cleaning the oven racks and more chores and life will follow. I am comforted and thank you.

Dear Kevin, before you heat your oven, remove the racks you don't need and those you do need cover them with aluminium foil so your racks stay clean, prefenting them to get dirty is the best option IMHO ;-) Take care and stay safe, Vleer from the Netherlands. 🙂

When I make my basil paste, I pop in some salt too. Then put it all in a jar m, topped with oil to prevent spoilage. I use a teaspoon at a time n keep the basil covered in oil at all times. Mine keeps for years in the fridge. Tasty on fresh tomato slices on toast. I LIVE watching your channel, Kevin. Biggest of hugs to you.
