Yummy healthy bread,I love watching making breads,specially simple ones…I’m not into baking when I was young,cause,it’s not a thing for a typical poor Pinay like me…hehehe…but when I get older…I got started to have an interest because,I’m in a cold weather Japan, and kids are growing and have nothing to do, so baking became one of my favorite thing to do, but hate kneading…so I always search for things that’s not required kneading. Like making oatmeal base from pancakes to simple oatmeal cakes,tried oatmeal carrots cakes…and it’s good…everything made from oatmeal…since I am on diet.

Little children usually sit on feet facing grandparent & hug their calves & ride going up & down. “”Baboo, one two, baboo, three four.” I thought it was a Philippine thing anyway as it was part of my childhood but didn’t see my friends’ parents do this game in USA…
