Ah! I found you from the “what I spend in a week video” and then I saw you work for Disney?!?!?! You are literally my goals in life :) If it’s not to much to ask how competitive would you say getting an internship at Disney is? I’m planning on majoring in mechanical or industrial engineering in college (I’m currently a senior in high school) and working with imagineering is totally my dream job. I just assumed it was something you couldn’t get right out of college and more a who you know kind of business. Did they come and recruit at your college or did you know someone and got an interview from there? Sorry for all the questions! You seem really cool and definitely just gained a new subbie *** EDIT: I just realized you have more videos on this lol so I’ll go watch those. I appreciate any advice though thank you :)

As a software engineer, I was a bit intrigued about the idea of making a video of a day in the life as a software engineer. I was starting to wonder what excitement I might be missing out on, so I watched in anticipation hoping to see some crazy action - perhaps some critical software not working and everyone's job is on the line to fix it, while you swoop in to fix the bug and save the day and everyone's job! But alas - it's about what I expected. Coding and some meetings with a lunch break. Our daily lives, reduced down to 7.5 minutes. Sigh...
