this is such a good video! It's very interesting to see how different daily routines are. Here in Italy we've been in lockdown for more than 40 days. I also own a Toyota Yaris by the way! 20+ years and still running like the first day

Rob Fellow Scotsman I’m from Lossiemouth in North East you tend to eat quite healthily I suppose it’s beneficial to eat healthily during Lockdown

Hey rob! What does a 'weak' 5 foot 8 and a 'strong' 5 foot 8 mean? I've seen this mentioned on your website. I'm not entirely sure what it means

@@RobPaul OK. I've measured at 5 foot 8.5 in the morning and then 5 foot 7.5 at night. I have no idea how I lost 1 whole inch. What's my real height?

@@alandmeza I think Jenny wakes up at 5 foot 3/8 and shrinks 3/4 of an inch. Rob gives her 5 foot 8.

Weak 5’8. Between 5’7 ½ and 5’7 7/8. Strong 5’8 is between 5’8 1/8 and 5’8 ½

In the UK, 5’9 is the average, 5’10-11 above average/tallish. 6ft is the start of tall, 6’2 is pretty tall, 6’5+ very tall

Rob could a weak-average 5 footer 8 feel very low average range in Canada (where the average man is a very slight bit under US and UK average)? I used to think I was a strong 5 footer 8(like u) but I'm not. That's why I'm asking you again.

Hey Big Rob, would a taller spray can be more efficient in getting my most accurate height? I feel like even a 8-9 inch spray can still doesn't touch the highest point of my head. But I did find a taller 24oz spray can online and was wondering if it may help get more accurate height?

@@CLIFTYPOPS Same as you man. Morning height is 6'4.5 At worst it is maybe 1.91m after a workout. But rest of the times I'm a bit over 6'3.5
