Every single nanny position is different, the family, the requirements, expectations and needs. Most high profile families you can’t even put their child on social media but I am so thankful that my family does not mind it! Awesome so they have a day nanny and a night nanny? Cool. I’m a nanny just getting started. I’m with an agency that doesn’t supply any medical and I have to take out my own taxes. When my contract is 🆙 I’m looking to get with an agency where they connect me with a long term family in which they offer paid time off!

Yes at one point they had a day and night nanny. When she was younger. Now mom is with her at night. But that’s awesome ! On my placement agency video I give a bunch of tips that would help you out a lot. But yes there are great jobs out there. The agency doesn’t provide medical though it’s the family who provides medical.
