You truly are an inspiration ! Thank you for sharing your day, family and so much humor and fun!! My daughter hated her hair being done. I got very good at french braiding. I could still put cute bows. It also worked well for my sister, she got fancy with learning all kinds of braids. Our girls were too busy and would sit to be braids but oh heavens for just brushing lol. Its an idea.

I used a pic on my daughter’s hair. It was so much more gentle on any knots than a brush was.

Getting my 3 year old to brush her hair is a struggle, so I dump out the bows, barrettes, beads, etc and let her play with them as a distraction! ☺️

Hair tip….after washing brush hair out and then ponytail it while still wet. Then place another ponytail holder half way down the ponytail. Hair will be slightly damp in morning snarl free. Brush and go. My granddaughter loves it as her hair is not snarled in the morning 😊

Do you worry about radio exposure to your brain? My mom was a CT tech and often sat with patients. Wore the lead aprons. But now is suffering from Alzheimer’s. She believes it could be radiation exposure.

Was your mom making sure to get the proper needed vitamins for her brain? We need vit B 12, raw walnuts.. Dark greens.. And other superfood. If she had ate those things regularly... She likely would have been fine. This is not nonsense. My son studying naturalpathic medicines and how the body works and why the essential vitamins allong with the 8 laws of health... Will help the body not fall apart in the end..

3rd this! I’m a nurse and hate eating early in the morning bc it makes me nauseous. I am NOT a morning person. Usually I do a smoothie but I’m getting bored of a regular ole smoothie haha.

"brush hair" suggestion: as a Girl, I can remember how much it HURT to brush My hair before age 8/10. 😱 Maybe it hurts to touch Her hair??? If it's a pain thing, use conditioner & large tooth comb while wet. For major tangles use alittle fabric softener, massage in, comb from the bottom... This totally works on knotted Horse tails. 👍 Instead of trying to brush & control the hair style... After combing wet with conditioner & rinsing, try a SPRUCH mousse or gel, or alittle of both while Her hair is hanging upside down. Partly dry the Hair, or not, loosely put it up with a scrunchie, twist the hair loosely for more curl. The next morning shake it out loosely, a loose pony tail or back doubled over in the scrunchie again. Asorbine SHOW SHEEN is a great detangler without oil or grease. 👍 Basically, comb out Her hair in the bath with conditioner & maybe again after towel drying, apply product and scrunch the waves & curls in. Let it go... 👍

I have a spinal cord stimulator, but unfortunately it didn’t help me, even though I got 50% relief with the trial. I also have Spina Bifida, so I’m very familiar with neurosurgery! 🤪

Regarding sunscreen, what do you use that you only have to apply once for the whole day? Every single sunscreen I’ve tried is 80 min then reapply.

Doctor I have seen a lot of your videos because I am giving next year and I am dreaming of enrolling to med school😊. To be honest If I admired you 1 time in the first video I saw you now I admire you 1000 times!!! I am having thoughts about being a neurosurgeon after medical school. I do not think I am that skilled in surgeries but I have never tried it. What do you think do I have possibilities to be one someday?

Hi :) I’m 41, and had a lamenectony (sp?) at L4/L5 and still have foot drop in my right foot. What would be some spine safe weight bearing exercises? I’m trying to loose weight and gain muscle, but am worried about exercise other than walking and the recumbent bike. Any suggestions?

If she hates it, she can have a bob until she is ready to brush it herself. She will pick which she wants more. :) friction free brushes are awesome btw.
