I was diagnosed with dysthymic depression 9 years ago and I've always been anxious, and I've witnessed the darkness that comes with it. I used to be pathologically obese back in 2015, I used to weigh 143 kgs; food, online gaming and drinking beer were where I thought I found that escape if that's what you wish to name it. Nowadays, I am in a healthy weight of 72-75 kgs, still psychologically not well; every day is a battle. I can't say I was raised in a non-toxic family environment, and I've always felt alone. Yet, bit by bit I try to make something for my life. Next month is my graduation day from university, studies that lasted 15 years, I am 33 years old but, eventually, I made it and I'll be able to call myself a civil engineer (Master's). Will everything be fixed? No. Still, I am glad I didn't stay down. Giving up is part of life, we all have fallen and will fall many times. Nevertheless, it's up to us to crawl, get on our knees, stand up and take the next first step. Videos and people like this give me courage and it requires strength to show that you are vulnerable. I liked Keone before; Keone and Shawn are equally placed in my heart. Sorry for the wall of text, I felt like sharing. Thanks, and I wish Keone health and all the best this year.

keone has a very similar genetics, aesthetic, body structure and symmetry as phil heat does , if he could improve the conditioning , the separation and the confidence on stage, he could be the next MRO in the OPEN division. he's got that great genetics that could take him there. the short joints, that fullness and roundness that its shown only in MRO. even better than Andrew Jacked, who has long arms and short triceps as oppose to keone. to me , he looks lot better aesthetically speaking than nick walker. his time will come. he just needs to win some competitions. im rooting for him. very cool guy down to earth, humble as oppose to some cocky arrogant ones that we know ,. keone has the tiniest nose i've seen. lol. adorable doggy.

It's crazy that we're all losing our minds over how good Keone is and he was there doubting himself. So glad he's got Amanda helping him be his best. I think he's better than Derek and hope he goes to the open class.
