Meet Max Klepper, one of our 48 sow farm managers. This video shows you firsthand what a day in the life of a sow farm manager looks like. Max manages Sandy Hill Sow Farm where he is responsible for approximately 7,500 sows and upwards of 10,000 to 20,000 pigs at any given time.
