Baz and team, great to see you sharing your skills and investing in younger ppl hungry to learn, each episode is provides lots of info, sharing many years of accumulated knowledge that has been passed down or learnt the hard way thru experience. Sad to say seems that young folk t'up north are prepared to get there hands dirty and graft, less so down south which is a shame... Great to see you plugging Cutting Edge and Snowball Engineering channels, on a rising tide all ships are lifted. Engineers should always help one another IMHO. Baz....Texas here....TAKE CARE OF YOUR EYES !... I did a little spot job (stick) and my loss of acuity (70 yo at the time and can't fit my glasses inside my helmet) caused me to hunker down to the work to see the puddle about two-thirds of what distance it should have been. No more that twenty seconds of weld. It put what looks like an eye floater (but doesn't float) in my vision ever since 3 years on. You only get one pair of eyes bud.
