Baz and team, great to see you sharing your skills and investing in younger ppl hungry to learn, each episode is provides lots of info, sharing many years of accumulated knowledge that has been passed down or learnt the hard way thru experience. Sad to say seems that young folk t'up north are prepared to get there hands dirty and graft, less so down south which is a shame... Great to see you plugging Cutting Edge and Snowball Engineering channels, on a rising tide all ships are lifted. Engineers should always help one another IMHO. PS as a fellow baldy if i sent u a syrup would you wear it for shits and giggles???

Baz....Texas here....TAKE CARE OF YOUR EYES !... I did a little spot job (stick) and my loss of acuity (70 yo at the time and can't fit my glasses inside my helmet) caused me to hunker down to the work to see the puddle about two-thirds of what distance it should have been. No more that twenty seconds of weld. It put what looks like an eye floater (but doesn't float) in my vision ever since 3 years on. You only get one pair of eyes bud.

Hi Baz and Director and the rest of the lads. Just love your content, Get your eyes done Baz, i had a lot of bravado about getting my done because i always used to put the forklift forks through bags of material lol. Since my new contacts the company has doubled in profit lol. That bracket on the scania, im surprised they overlooked that, but your fix is defo gonna hold and scania should implement that in the other trucks. Nice to see a new lad starting,if he is the right lad for the job i bet he is gonna love working there. QUESTION BAZ...ive noticed on some of the tippers that the beds are made of alley, why not steel???surely alley is softer and more expensive??
