Whether our customers have been in an accident or suffered property damage, our Office Claims Representatives work with them to investigate losses, confirm coverage, determine liability and negotiate claim settlements. Experiencing a loss can be stressful, and our philosophy is to deliver proactive, straightforward, and knowledgeable service to our customers.

is this more than 30% on the phones or is most days just computer work??

about 50/50. 50% of the day you'll just be taking random calls coming in from random people. the other 50% you work on your own files, you get assigned maybe 20 claims per week for example and some are always just ongoing forever, like when someone has an issue with their repair so they call back. to be honest, taking the random calls can be hard cause u gotta do it back to back constantly but i prefer it to doing your own work cause people know YOU and are calling/emailing you so it's more personal when they're mad lol..
