running sucks so bad. i ran for 3 years in the Army and it always suck but the group made it better. When i joined the fast group, they always looked for me when i didn't feel like going fast. Running at 7 am is not cool but the coffee was ready.

Her physique is incredible, like the warrior women in a Boris Vallejo and Julie Bell painting. Her dedication to her sport is admirable. And her personality is endearing. No wonder she has a huge fan base. She's no doubt an inspiration to many young people who want to get into crossfit and sports.

Somehow, even though this was slow-paced, I never got bored. Her personality is just so pleasant and calming to watch. I always find it fascinating that hardcore athletes can be such chill people, yet they can dig up a beast when they train or compete.

She's not on steroids. True Nords are generally f*****g huge. Iceland was settled by Vikings, and historically they've selected for size for generations. Furthermore, she's not shredded and her overall size is not abnormal for a woman. She doesn't exhibit any steroid signs either other than the traps and shoulders, which could be naturally developed for some women given her background. But even her traps aren't really roid-traps; they're basically kite-shaped, not like a hump around her neck. She's also trained for years full-time. This in itself improves your recovery speed. You get better at recovery the more you do it, to a limit. Also, multivitamins and protein supplements will greatly speed up your recovery for some people. I myself have tested this on myself, and it's not a placebo effect. Cross-Fitters are on more supplements than there are vitamin categories so I would expect she can hit it pretty hard.

As long as you understand that she takes anabolic steroids, it's fine to worship. But if you think what she is doing is natural you might end up depressed. If you want to try to be her and are taking roids, awesome. If you want to be her and aren't taking roids, you're being deceived in a disgusting way.

+Nathan Campbell -- Here's the problem with what you've said. At no point did I disparage her as not being "elite". At no point did I attempt to "tear her down". A high percentage of elite athletes in explosive sports are on PED's. This is common fucking knowledge, and if you don't know it, you're kind of stupid. But them being on PED's does not mean they aren't beasts, that they wouldn't be exceptional without them, that they don't train as hard as others, or that they aren't "elite". It just means they are bigger, faster and stronger than they would be otherwise. Looking at her traps and delts, her body comp as a whole, and her performance, it is *CLEAR* to anyone who knows a fucking modicum about anatomy and sport that she is on PEDs. It's fucking *OBVIOUS*. My point is that people who might idolize her body should be aware that in order to acheive it they'd need the help of doctors or street doctors, and they shouldn't feel like shit-tier human beings when all the hard work in the gym doesn't make their fucking trapezoids explode and their BF to plummet to absurd levels. I don't even have anything against PEDs in general - hell, I'd say legalize them and lets just have everyone be fucking monsters in sport. It's their body, who gives a shit. HOWEVER, I don't like members of the general public being deceived into thinking this motherfucker is "natural", because she fucking isn't. So fuck off.
