Andy is a great trainer/mentor to Justin, he encourages him and takes the rise of of him without going too far, most of all he make work fun to which Justin is responding. Some comments saying Justin should be allowed to do more, please remember these are high pressure hoses which can be very dangerous in untrained hands. Great video, great channel, all the best.

Nah I think Andy's just messing with him a bit more now, and Justin is expected to be able to clock this on his own more and more without Andy telling him first, so I suspect he's just being a bit less softly softly about stuff now.

Sunday Morning Video : Full Manhol, stir with the Spade and Stick, little High Pressure, wash and Desinfect! The next Block a Drain and mini Trimming Channel. Greater Block much Wash and Desinfect! The Third Block, however a Spade work and Paper dumpling, much Water, wash and Desinfect. Good Work!

Just watching from SASK Canada. The smell in these places must be something else. Our domestic sewer here is eight feet down because of the frost. Plumbing seems be be much more sanitary here. Same problems arise though.

Good morning 🌅 to you all What more could anyone want than watching the fantastic duo on a Sunday morning. Looking like you are having the same weather as here in not so sunny Yorkshire 😎 That first job I was shocked how the house was built straight off the drain outlet running under the house and no lintel it was clear to see with the brickwork. (How did that get passed with a building inspection) Waiting for a repair once it collapses by the amazing Mersey Rod team if you fancy a mining job under the house.

You should get what we call "duck boots". When we clean up hazardous Material up we have these thin yellow rubber boots that slip over your work boots. When you're done you tear them off and just throw them away like the Tyvex suits. Your boots stay clean & dry. You don't want to bring home any biohazards. Work safe my friends. They're actually good solid houses IF theyre maintained properly unfortunately Liverpool as other places suffers from absentee slumlords .

@@Mitch-Hendren That one had rat runs into the property and the backyard was so neglected it was a health hazard. There must be many good reasons to live in Liverpool to justify living in hovels like that. The number of times I see Jem wading through waste bags in horrible alleyways to get into heinous yards is ridiculous. Liverpool Council should take a look here.

Bel clima. Io sto in Italia ma in una zona che d'inverno è molto simile al clima britannico. Non è il clima migliore, ma è meglio del tuffo della telecamera nella merda 🤣🤣🤣 Nice climate. I'm in Italy but in an area that in winter is very similar to the British climate. It's not the best weather, but it's better than the camera plunge into shit (from google translator)

Why not let Justin actually get on with it rather than constantly interrupting and micro managing. The best way to let someone learn a job is to let them do it, by constantly interrupting and taking over you just make him doubt himself and lack confidence.

@@markitg1972 possibly. It can though be easy to micromanage if you normally work on your own. For my own part I've found its a trait I really try not to do as it just makes things stressful. I'd farr rather be able to send someone out and know that they have the confidence to do a task and handle a problem or machine issue then get dozens of miss calls and find things have ground to a halt over something trivial because they are lacking in self confidence

@@DB-kv5mb He is not getting corrected for doing anything dangerous. The criticism is simply not doing it fast enough or the exact precise way Andy thinks. It takes time for people to learn a trade and constantly criticising, undermining and taking over is not the way to get confident staff. It is hard but like I say sometimes when getting people trained you have to give them some slack and allow them to make small mistakes and do something slower. At the end you can give them pointers of how to speed up or what they could do differently. As an example run diggers a lot in my job, and having spent many hundreds of hours on them I can hold my own against most operators, I'd hate to watch back and see myself the first time I sat on a machine though. Luckily I was given the time to learn. Even now there would be tasks on a machine were some people would be faster than me or do differently and vicea versa.
