The correct spelling should be Ma-Lai cake and not malay cake. The cake originated from China and have nothing to do with malay. Don’t insult own Chinese creations and invention and give credit to the undeserving malay . Only idiots and morons does it .

Saya cuma nak sarankan satu je iaitu telur kalau dibasuh dahulu lagi bagus sebab bimbang ada kotoran yg melekat dikulitnya akan termasuk sekali semasa telur dipecahkan,yg lain2 boleh diperbaiki lagi,usaha mereka semua ini mencari rezeki yg halal sangatlah dipuji,bukan senang nak mengendalikan semua jika tidak bekerjasama

Sy lihat pekerja wanita semasa memecahkan telor dgn memecahkan 2 biji telor betul2 d ats bekas. Jika telor2 ini tdk dibersihkan terlebih dahulu tntu habuk atau kotoran akn jatuh k dlm bekas telor itu.

Should use PPE@ Personal Protective Equipment such as apron, gloves, hair net, mask etc....Egg shells should be wash first before use it could be dangerous since bacteria or microorganism from the chicken poop at the surface of the egg shell such as 'Samonella' that could cause death and dangerous to health. Be aware of 'Food Safety' for consumers. The owner should send their workers for Food safety training.

茨厂街在七十年代，我和吉兰丹的朋友在央央百货公司老版的家在藍儿大夏那住了一个月，每一天都会到茨厂街上走走，也可以说吃东西也是走不停，现在看到我也回忆年轻时候就是这样的好玩，什么都可以吃到饱，原因就是太多好吃的，现見到马来糕更是我的最爱吃，还可以做到这样柔软，多想马上就可以吃到，一眼望着就知道一定是没得顶！好吃到不得了，还有很多的高点，都是这样的喜欢吃，哇！来杯咖啡乌也是吃到走不动，你们太了不起了，都是棒棒哒哒的天才型的人都是令我会赞美你们大家的，虽然是老了点，有机会一定要到达目的，吃过每一样特别好吃的娘惹高点，太厉害了，如果没有去吃到，每天都会想念着的，除了馬来糕等级都是我的最爱吃的高点，很感谢大家可以让我見到連想到在我面前一定会高兴到跳起来的，好在这里也祝福大家一生都平平安安，也是永远都長生不老，我们才永远可以吃到的娘惹高点，好写于2024年大吉大利益，迎来三羊开泰，好运连连。

Someone truly needs to spend an afternoon cleaning the wall behind the mixers and getting all the gunk off the mixers. Then just to take it to the next level, I’d paint the mixers that look like they’ve been through a war. I can see the bowls, etc are clean, but when the walls nd equipment look stained etc it’s just not good.

Telur gred A jarang kotor macam low gred. Good one. Pakai pun tepung custard branded. Cuma nak tahu shortening apa dia guna isit plant based or not je.macam nak try. Kedai pun bersih je.

Have you ever looked in a pasar malam or wet market? Although some these kuihs are malay in origin, they're actually mainly made by peranakan Chinese. Try looking at markets in Chinese areas. Failing that, Nyonya Colours is a chain of peranakan restaurants that sells good kuihs.

I pun xto knp di panggil gitu. Tapi sedap gila bila di stim panas. 😂😂 Kuih berwarna coklat tu yg dlm video itulah kuih melayu. Atau dalam Cantonese 'Malai Kou'

Haha, kuih2 jual tepi jalan melayu jual pun x bersih mne. Mak cik aku kerja kat gerai yg org mcm2 letak mknn kat situ, tumpang kedai. Pernah je dia pegi rumah org buat kuih sorg ni. Kotor dgn kuku hitam lg. Bersih x bersih ni x ikut bangsa, xikut agama. Mujur dia tunjuk jgk proses kilang dia cmne. Nasib aku la melayu beli kuih/mknn dari melayu jual pun selalu jumpe rambut.

Telur tak basuh..tak kan tak tahu telur kluar dari mana..kebanyakkan orang tak ambil kisah hal basuh telur..tak kira kita Islam atau bukan Islam..makanan yang kita makan kena bersih dan suci..kalau pakai sarung tangan pun,tapi telur tak basuh betul2,hilangkan taik dan darah yang melekat di kulit telur tetaplah najis..
