The backbone of any police department is the Patrol Unit. Men and women all across the country, from small to large departments, respond to every kind of call imaginable. Take an oath, in a uniform, at a podium, with your right hand on a book, to receive a certificate and a trinket, just like you're joining a religious cult. -What's that?... Christians, ..really?! Where's my FIRST amendment right to be free from the persecution of laws respecting an establishment of religion? Sorry cops, but,.. ~This is MY body, and I'll do to it whatever I like, so long as no other body is in harm's way! The sooner you figure out this is not a negotiable factor, the sooner we can all move forward and continue to evolve.

Are u saying that pursuing a career as a police patrol officer is a cult? It's not but maybe you should consider a career as a substance abuse/behavioral disorder counselor or a supervisor of police and detectives instead.

@@logangomez1209 Police must meet regular ticket & arrest quotas, or "performance expectations", which work as a deciding factor in establishing the general criminality of a given jurisdiction.
