My experience studying in Australia as an international is, if you have money you'll have no issues, if you are late in paying school fees even for a day they in turn start sending you threatening emails about deportation etc. Its a business, that's it dont believe the hype , if only th were honest about things.

The food on campus is pretty rubbish. Food only becomes bearable when UQ enters the final exam period because that's when food truck vendors are invited to sell food on campus.
