Damn, that was a trip. On 5G: I've found that it's really not worth it on my 13 Pro Max. It's rarely notably faster than LTE, usually has worse reception (LTE holds on longer on the TTC subway for sure), and costs me an extra 20% battery life compared to LTE over the course of a work day. I could legit see 5G being the main cause of the lesser battery life you experienced here.

Yeah that tensor(Samsung) modem doesn’t do well with 5g. I hoped they would’ve fixed it from the 6 series but nope. Shame.
