I found Ron's KZfaq channel today and I'm hooked. Now I found this interview. Wow! Just when I thought we had run out of true Aussie legends here is Ron. What an amazing man. What an inspiration. What a story. We are so bloody proud of you Ron. You are a true living legend mate. Thankyou for making a difference to so many people. I saw how your book is sold out on your website. Who could not love the "Leyland Brothers". Loved when I used to go Rabbit shooting with my Grandpa and my father, I was only a kid. The worst of it was when we went home and had to skin the rabbits, ugh the stench! Great camp ovens. That is a well weathered hat. I love wearing my hats too Ron. The Damper with dates sounds awesome. Look forward to the up coming adventures guys. Thank you for a great interview Ralph. 👍😍

Great story of living in the bush by Ron. I already subscribe to his channel and now yours Ralph. Watching Ron cook makes me realize that we wasted so much good meat years ago in the bush. Lamb (mutton) shanks and the flaps were given to the working dogs. Keep up the good work.

Really interesting interview Ralph!! I used to live in Mt Isa as a kid, red dirt mining town, and we went to the rodeos there! We loved The Leyland Brothers too! What an amazing skill 🙌🏼
