Could we please have more of this kind of episode. It combines real depth with humour and lightness of tone. The interviewer really listens to her guests and the conversation flows so well. I enjoyed this episode the most of all the Sheerluxe shows I have listened to!

Such a wonderful episode. I’m 41 and enjoyed it all… so much warmth, kindness and openness. Jo’s interviewing style is patient and interested, she lets people talk and make their point. Plus her take on ‘therapy’ (coffee on the roof and a walk down the high street) is real and inspirational - I’m going to remember that!!

Jo Good is just so full of fantastic positive energy. We need more of her in this world. I do wish that Sheerlux will have her on their show every week or more. She’ll just brighten up everyone’s day no matter what she is talking about or who she’s even interviewing. Jeez, someone has got to bring her out into the spotlight. Can Sheerlux also bring the camera man Rich back? His style of questions and just him accompanying the girls was perfect. Even if he’s busy I’m sure that he’d come back part time. Jo Good does such an amazing job of bringing out the knowledge of her guests and gets them to open up, allowing us to learn more about them. That is what a really good interviewer can do with complete ease. I hope SheerLuxe continues to invite Jo back to work her magic.

Loved all the interviews. I especially appreciated listening to Sir John Hardy answer Jo’s very open questions about Alzheimers. Jo approaches every topic with ease and attention to detail. I learned so much. Thank you Jo and thank you Sheer Luxe ❤️

Jo Good is the best- I absolutely love the Gold edition and really it’s almost the only time I watch Sheerluxe😊. I just really appreciate a whole show deveined to the issues of all of us wise women. Jo is so perfect in the host role because she is an authentic energetic wise woman and an inspiration!!!❤
