What is it like to be full-time athletes with a real shot at making the Olympics? This October 2017 visit with Madison Hubbell and Zachary Donohue, two of the top ice dancers in the U.S. and the world, offers a behind-the-scenes look as they train towards a spot on Team USA at the 2018 Pyeongchang Olympics.
Part 4 shows them in both their morning and afternoon ice sessions while Madi and Zach discuss the ebbs and flows of training before, after, and in between competitions. They also discuss the importance of osteopathy and physical therapy in keeping their bodies healthy and injury-free.
