بادمجان ۳ عدد
گوجه فرنگی ۳ عدد
پیاز ۱ عدد
سیر ۳ حبه
زردچوبه ، پودر پاپریکا ، فلفل سیاه و نمک از هر کدام یک قاشق چایخوری
مقداری روغن سرخ کردنی
