As I've started coming back to the Lord (feel like a baby Christians despite being raised Christian yet all those early years I was just following along never understanding an actual relationship with Christ) I've realized what you've said makes sense. I do believe that it is perfectly ok though, for women to teach other women. I've thought about something along these lines a few times - more like a prayer and fellowship circle, intended for women but not specifically excluding men either. As it stands now, I haven't done this yet as I don't yet feel the complete calling but if led to do so, may consider it at some point.
