Love this video. Though the students have already studied this chapter and are well prepared, it shows how to help students with pronunciation, how to review course content, and how an instructor should keep the energy moving in the class. I will try to follow her style in my Chinese classes.

It’s definitely intimidating but jumping in the deep end does get you great results. The biggest problem with language learning is that people don’t practice with natives.

the teacher is wrong about "再說". it does not mean "second point/besides", it means "on a deeper/greater level". for example, 他沒錢上這堂課，再說，他也沒那個能力。He doesn't have money to attend this class, on a deeper level, he doesn't have that ability.

this is fairly advanced. not for beginners or even lower intermediate.
