We love your channel Joyce! I have to say, the Celebrity Suite almost seems a little chopped up compared to the Sky Suite. Do you think it's really worth it to splurge to the Celebrity Suite from a Sky Suite? Any suite higher than the Celebrity Suite is definitely out of my price range, but I almost think I'd like the bathroom of the Sky Suite more... Do you like Sky Suites even though they're entry level?

I love the Celebrity Suite. We stayed in one on the Silhouette. The problem on the Edge class ship is there is no curtain on the glass door to the bedroom. The designers are not thinking. The person who wants maybe to sleep a little longer will be disturbed from the light in the living room. The Silhouette had a blind on the window between bedroom and living room. 👍 The same issue on the Summit in a Sky Suite. After remodeling the ship to the retreat level they put a window in the shower to the bedroom. How stupid is that?

Good morning Joyce and Jon. Hope you’re enjoying yourselves wherever you are. Wife and ijust booked b2b cruises on celebrity Apex for June of 2025. We are booked in aqua class which we have done before on eclipse. Last cruise was on constellation in the retreat, which spoiled us for other categories. We’ve just been offered a magic carpet suite for the last seven days at an up charge of 3k. Would you recommend accepting or staying put.

I would have to say staying in a Suite/Retreat experience on the Edge class ships is a great experience. But it would really depend on what I paid for the Aqua cabin and what perks you might be getting if any. That being said I would try it on an Edge Class ship at least once. We love the suites on the Apex.
