I got stuck on a water slide at Universal Port Aventura in Spain about 20 years ago. It was a slide without a tube. There was so little water running down the slide that part way through I just stopped. I tried moving but then the next rider came round the corner, screamed when she saw me, then her legs straddled me & we both went down together. When we got to the bottom the life guard told us off! I don’t speak Spanish so the girl explained how it happened. I can’t believe that WE were told off though. Surely if we had gone down together from the beginning it should be the life guard at the top who was in trouble!
