I feel like there are good dolls everywhere so be encouraged that you'll likely find some you love! Have you tried flea markets? I go at least twice a week to a flea market and I find most of my dolls there for $1-$2. 💛

Those marks should definitely come out with some acne cream and sunlight if not soap and water. I’ve done that trick for a few bratz and some stains take longer than others but it works nicely
