This is a weekend trip to West Virginia from Virginia. The drive begins in Herndon, and then through such points of interest as the New River Gorge, Hawks Nest State Park, Montgomery (former home of WVU-Tech), Charleston and vicinity, Spencer, and other small towns.
The entire trip, with a few small exceptions and edits, is recorded in time-lapse at 7.5x. There is no audio as I didn't want to use any copyrighted music, and the listener could then use whatever sounds that person wants.

Montgomery, WV (0:46:49). The HiRise building, which was part of WVU-Tech when it was still in Montgomery, can be seen at the far left side starting at 0:46:44. This building was demolished less than 24 hours after this video was recorded.
Charleston, WV (starting at 0:51:30).
Spencer, WV (starting at 1:08:49). There was an error with the subtitle at this time, which was supposed to state that we were entering Spencer.
