1 Whole Onion

1 Tbsp. Whole Peppercorn
1 stalk Onion Leeks
Water, for Boiling
2 Tbsp. Butter
1 Tbsp. oil
⅓ cup Flour
2 cups Chicken stock
½ Tbsp. Soy sauce
Season with freshly cracked Black Pepper
Sides
Saging saba
Oil, for frying
