It’s going to take Ghana some years and economic hardship for the workers to finally understand something. When they realized they have no other option BUT TO listen to instructions, only then will they change their attitudes For now, they’re still living in their mama’s house.

Truth farm owners in Ghana should learn to segregate work on their farms. They don't pay well in terms of monthly salary neither with renumeration yet you want the best from your workers? Farmers must learn to pay for services. Labour doesn't come free in agric these days. They the owners should learn that.
