I saw this cute mini canvas that said “you can cry here” I though that was a fabulous touch to add to a classroom to show students your room is a safe place. I’ve had many kids enter my room to talk and vent about life ❤️

For the point of view activity, during my grade 7 English class, I had a lesson of that, and all we did was literal booklet with 1 small definition. It sucked. At least your giving your students an awesome activity to do than just a reading assignment. Your a great teacher. ❤

I have super thick hair but I am also very sweaty in the gym SO, i wash twice a week and do a DEEP cleanse when I do wash. On days in between, I will change the hair style. When it gets dirtier, it usually ends up in braids or a bun of some sort

Hi Madison☺️! I love the lunch buddy behavior management method! That’s genius!!! When I’m working out everyday, I wash my hair like 2-3 times a week. I use dry shampoo and dry conditioner from amika! I love their hair products. (You can also get 15% off if you use the chat feature!) Putting some oil in your ends too will keep it hydrated when using dry shampoo and things like that! Great video as always💕

I wash mine every other day! If I wait longer than that my hair will start to look greasy and gross

My current smoothie is Dole Boosted Blends energize (So Good. It has maca green tea) half a fat free yogurt, 1 1/2 cup almond milk... It is my daily breakfast and it is so good.

I totally struggled with the hair thing for so long and it was such a mystery to me. I work out 5-6 days a week, and what I’ve done is structure my workouts around my hair. So I only do cardio on “wash” days (you only have to do cardio a few times a week, anyway!). On those sweaty days, I run to the locker room after my workout and “blow dry the sweat out” by just turning the blow dryer on cool and drying the sweat out of my hair. Obviously that’ll depend on if you have a locker room with a hair dryer at your gym. In general, if you’re insistent on doing very sweaty workouts every day, on those sweaty days updos are your best friend! I usually wear a baseball hat or put my hair in a messy bun. And in general, cute braid hairstyles tend to hide sweat/oil! Sorry that was super long but I hope it was kinda helpful!! 😂😂

Its always good to reflect on what students have accomplished. It helps us realize what we have done, what they have done and helps narrow down the anxiety of what we have to do. Also, where did you get your masks from?
