I’ve been going to GWL in PA since I was a kid myself, now I take my 5 & 7 year old! We go next week, splurged for two nights to celebrate the end of the school year during the first week outta school. Got their “spring” deal on the last few days of it. $119 a night for the kid cabin room! We bring food with us to make and order in from a pizza place that delivers to the lobby for a quarter of the price of the lodge’s pizza to save additional money. GWL is a great (and cheap!) way to give kids a getaway experience without traveling too far or having to budget severely.

Thanks for the great tips. We've been to the one in concord years ago, it was in the cold 🥶 months. We love it, even though We didn't do much but the heated pools and water park. We are planning to go again, but everything was booked. Thanks for sharing 👍 😊

Your tips are right on point. We also brought a grill to cook on like make pancakes and sausages , eggs. It gets pretty hot at the pool. We seem to go every January for my daughter birthday and now she making plans for two rooms.

Great video, thanks! Reason for the rate increase on the room…., Good o’le “COOKIES” 😂 Hotels, airfare cruises, etc…. they know when you are looking. The prices continue to increase over a matter of minutes. If you log on from another computer, tablet or your phone the price will be different. Always check out prices from a device you will not book your reservation on, and be ready to book once you log on to avoid the price hike!!

Hey great advice I just booked my stay for November we go every year for my daughters birthday it’s usually cheaper during the week. I booked from Sunday-tues and it’s only $213 I thought that was a great deal they also send me emails with like 50% off your stay. I have to keep the kids out of school but that’s ok. Glad you enjoyed your trip. I have to catch up on videos been to busy. Hope everything is good with the fam.

Hey Myeshia! I heard they are pretty good with food allergies. My best friend has been to the one in GA and she mentioned the sensitive skin with the pools. Maybe they put a bunch of chlorine in them. My girl has sensitive skin too. Always an issue for us when swimming. Great tips!!
