Had mine pre-ordered for almost 2 months now, ready to roll! Maximum Football 2024 will be coming this year hopefully too and it’s F2P and that may not be up to par with CFB, but it’s all custom with the teams, characters and team builder along with the stadium builder too I believe. They are in or was in beta and it seems they are fairly active with the community to get it up to expectations before launch, it also is going to PC before CFB does I think. This year is good for football
